transaction.action_required
A transaction is held until documents are uploaded. Nothing has been debited or sent.
Sent to the organization, and to its broker once the client has signed a Letter of Authorization. An endpoint subscribed to a fixed list of event types receives it only once
transaction.action_required is in its eventTypes. See Webhooks for delivery, signatures and retries.Delivered event: a transaction is held until you upload documents. Nothing has been debited or sent.
