# transaction.action_required

> A transaction is held until documents are uploaded. Nothing has been debited or sent.

Sent to the organization, and to its broker once the client has signed a Letter of Authorization. An endpoint subscribed to a fixed list of event types receives it only once `transaction.action_required` is in its `eventTypes`.
